More than half the staff team have been with us for 5 years or more and two members of the team celebrate 25 years service in 2011.

• All staff are CRB checked.
• All staff undergo a thorough induction procedure
• All staff have regular supervision and an annual appraisal
• All Instructors are observed on session on a regular basis
• All staff attend the Annual Staff Retreat
• All Instructors attend monthly training sessions
• All staff hold a 1st Aid qualification
• All staff undergo training in Child Protection, Fire Safety, Manual Handling
