Remember Arethusa does not only work with primary schools; secondary schools and special schools are also regular visitors.
We specialise in group activities for everyone; from a simple day trip through to a complete residential stay, this is the perfect place for your group to learn about themselves, each other and the great things they can achieve together.
Local schools can sign up for a weekly session for a term where students enjoy a taster of several different adventurous outdoor activities. Alternatively they can have the same activity session each week and watch the students progress with eg. kayaking, throughout the course.
Secondary schools from further afield can enjoy Arethusa too:

Inset Training
Arethusa offers bespoke training for teachers, both on an outreach basis in school and at Arethusa. Several schools have benefited from Inset training around team working techniques and use of initiative games.
